Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. Send to PWSD #1 of Stone County, 48 James River Road, Kimberling City, MO 65686

Payment Drop-Off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office at 48 James River Road. We accept cash, check, or money orders as well as credit and debit cards. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.  You may also use our convenient Drop Box located below the flagpole in the front circle drive.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.

ACH - AUTO CHECK PAYMENT

We are now offering ACH for PWSD #1 of Stone County customers.  Click on the ACH document below, fill in the information, and return to the office with a voided check to begin using AUTO PAY for your water bills.  This is a FREE service we are happy to offer you the customer. The application must be returned to our office no later than the 3rd of the month to start service for that month.  You will still receive a bill showing the amount due with "AUTOPAY"  written on the bottom of your bill indicating no need to pay this bill. Payments will be debited from your bank account on the 15th of every month.    

Note the amount due is located in the red box.  If your bill is paid after the 15th due date, the Past Due amount is located in the Blue Box. See Photo Below
